The Training Officer will be responsible for the daily training, care and services provided for SUN-DAC's clients.
Core Responsibilities - Trains and assists adults with disabilities in ADLs (activities of daily living), CLSs (community living skills), and pre‑vocational skills
- Attends to the personal needs of these adults and ensure their safety and wellbeing
- Completes and submits required documentation in a timely manner
- Works with a multi‑disciplinary team to provide an individual care plan for each client
- Plans and proposes Programme Activity in the classroom as well as festive celebrations
- Liaises with and updates caregivers on the progress and status of clients, including conducting biannual Caregiver Staff Meeting
- Maintains organisational cleanliness and flow in a classroom setting
- Any other projects/duties as assigned
