About the Role

The Program Administrator plays a key role in the execution, administration, tracking, and reporting requirements associated with workforce development initiatives, particularly supporting the organization’s Apprenticeship, Job Readiness, and Mill Trainee Programs. This position is responsible for coordinating program administration, monitoring apprentice progression, maintaining accurate training records (including MTCU modules), and ensuring alignment with internal standards and external regulatory requirements. Working closely with Human Resources, Training, and Operations teams, the Program Administrator helps ensure employees are progressing through structured development pathways while meeting compliance and reporting expectations tied to funded workforce development programs.
