About the Role

We are seeking a Learning & Development professional with experience in manufacturing environments to design, implement, and scale training programs across the business. This role focuses on program architecture, content development, and Train-the-Trainer enablement, ensuring training is delivered consistently by leaders, supervisors, and subject matter experts across multiple teams, shifts, and locations.
