A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Adult Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design or Performance Improvement. At least 5 - 7 years of experience in the planning, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs is required. Extensive experience in designing and delivering training programs in large-scale organizations similar in size and complexity to the client. Comprehensive understanding of adult learning principles, performance improvement interventions, and instructional design.
