Job Overview



We are seeking a Training Specialist who is passionate about creating engaging and effective learning experiences that empower employees to perform at their best. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping employee development through impactful training programs, learning materials, and continuous improvement initiatives.



Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000 per month



Qualifications



• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or a related field

• Experience in training facilitation, learning and development, or instructional support

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Passion for helping others learn and succeed

• Organized, collaborative, and adaptable working style

• Experience with training tools or LMS platforms is an advantage
