Job Summary The Training Supervisor plans and executes employee training and competency programs to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, fostering a skilled workforce through onboarding, technical training, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and monitor training programs for new hires and existing employees to enhance skills and compliance
- Conduct orientation, quality, SOP, process, and skills-based training sessions to ensure operational readiness
- Maintain and update training matrices, competency assessments, and employee training records for accurate tracking
