The Role at a Glance

The Training Support Technician II provides day-to-day operational support for the Law Enforcement and Protective Services programs to include support for students, customers, instructors, and training managers. Duties include assisting training programs with operational support to include training coordination and class setup/delivery, training site preparation, instructional support, and preventative maintenance and minor repairs to training props and/or equipment and act as a safety observer during hands-on field training sessions. This position supports training deliveries at the Public Safety Training Center, Physical Skills Training Center, Primary Firearms Range, Secondary Firearms Range, Drive Track, Skills Pad, Demolition Range, UXO Pit, and other onsite/offsite locations.
