Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Medical Transcription Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for forwarding physician recordings to transcriptionists, uploading recordings into the database system, and ensuring all files are properly organized and processed accurately.

Responsibilities

• Upload physician recordings into the database system
• Rename and properly file audio recordings
• Send recordings to transcriptionists for processing
• Handle a high volume of recording entries daily
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when processing files
• Coordinate recordings through the transcription workflow process
• Maintain organized and accurate database records
