Experience - At least 3 - 7 years of relevant experience into Transfer Pricing Tax

Qualification- CA

Location - Pune

Core Transfer Pricing Role & responsibilities:

• Assisting in advisory engagements ranging from business model optimization, legal matters, TP methodologies, business restructuring, cost allocations etc.
• Assisting in various phases of Advance Pricing Agreement program including coordination and liasoning with the client and APA authorities.g
• Preparation of transfer pricing reports to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation.
• Preparation and filing of accountant's report in Form 3CEB stating the cross-border transactions.
• Conducting benchmarking studies using Indian / foreign databases.
• Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities.
