Position Overview
Lead and manage the organisation's Transformation, B-BBEE, Employment Equity and Skills Development functions to ensure legislative compliance, achieve transformation objectives, optimise B-BBEE performance and strengthen organisational capability. Qualifications & Minimum Requirements: Relevant Degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Development, Business Administration, or a related field 5 years’ experience in Transformation, B-BBEE, Employment Equity, Skills Development, and Learning & Development MERSETA experience is essential Strong experience managing B-BBEE scorecards, verification processes, and reporting under the Generic Codes of Good Practice Proven experience with Employment Equity planning, Workplace Skills Plans (WSPs), Annual Training Reports (ATRs), and SETA grant applications Experience acting as an organisation’s Skills Development Facilitator.
