To manage the transformation of ETS/Engines to a Smart MRO shop (in line with Industry 4.0) to achieve increased efficiency and assist ETS Transformation Leader in achieving overall productivity and cost reduction initiatives.
Design, drive and lead the Transformation Programme which include Digitization, Big Data Analytics, Automation, Smart Solutions (imaging, AR/VR) and additive machining/3D printing and Continuous Improvements (CI)/Kaizen projects.
Manage CI and Kaizen programme
Provide effective change management leadership, lead multiple projects and support various project managers in the design and implementation of transformation/CI/Kaizen projects.
Set deliverables, identify resource needs, formulate work plans and manage the budgets associated with this Transformation Programme. (for ETS Transformation Leader)
