TRANSIT OPERATORS – PART TIME - CDL REQUIRED STARTING HOURLY RATE:

• $19.99 ​ Responsible for transporting passengers on designated routes within the transit system’s service area; including, the City of Fredericksburg, Spotsylvania County and Stafford County.


• The Transit Operator is responsible for the safety of customers and equipment, providing good customer service, overseeing passenger safety, fare collection, working independently with minimal supervision, bus schedule adherence, arriving on-time to work; assisting passengers as needed; completing daily pre-trip and vehicle inspections; cleaning and fueling the vehicle, and checking to ensure all equipment is in safe operating condition.
