Agile). Proficiency in designing transition governance models, RACI frameworks, and escalation pro
tocols. Strong understanding of commercial constructs: SLAs, KPIs, penalty/bonus regimes, and contract oblig
ations. Expertise in tooling such as MS Project, Visio, Power Point, and collaboration platforms (Service Now, Jira, Confl
uence). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid IT enviro
nments.
