As Transition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the seamless onboarding of new customers and services into live operational environments. Reporting to the Site Operations Director, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of service mobilisation, ensuring that infrastructure, processes, and teams are fully prepared to support contracted service levels from day one. You will lead cross‑functional planning and execution across Facilities, Technical Services, Commercial, Compliance, and Security teams, ensuring that all transition activities are aligned with site priorities, customer requirements, and enterprise‑wide standards. Your role will include managing mobilisation timelines, risk assessments, documentation, and stakeholder communications to ensure readiness and accountability throughout the transition lifecycle.
