Summary This vacancy is for a GS-0301-12, Transition Relocation and SEAP Program Manager located in the Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Coast Guard, BASE PORTSMOUTH WORK-LIFE DIVISION -HW in PORTSMOUTH, Virginia. Responsibilities You will serve as a Transition Relocation and SEAP Program Manager and will coordinates transition, relocation, and spouse employment services and is responsible for the development and management of the Transition, Relocation and Spouse Employment Program within the assigned geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR). These responsibilities include administering: Transition area of Responsibility (AOR), Relocation Assistance Program (RAP), and the Spouse Employment Assistance Program (SEAP).
