The Transition Team is the critical bridge during organizational shifts, system migrations, and operational handovers. This role is tailor-made for an MBA student with an Engineering undergraduate background who wants real ownership, high visibility, and a chance to manage cross-functional business transitions from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

- Data Analysis & Project Tracking: Collect and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement, and assist in planning and tracking progress toward major company goals.
