- Provide Japanese–Thai interpretation and translation support. - Coordinate with Japanese staff on HR-related matters. - Support Japanese staff during customer visits and provide coordination support, as required. (On average, 1 time per month, depending on business needs. A company car and driver will be provided) - Provide interpretation support as required. - Translate HR documents, company policies, regulations, and internal communications between Thai and Japanese. - Support HR&GA operations and perform other HR&GA-related duties as assigned. - Process and manage employee attendance, leave records, and prepare attendance data for payroll processing. - Prepare documents and supporting information for visa and work permit applications, and coordinate application processes with relevant authorities and external agencies.
