Position Overview
Under the direction of the Manager, Health Services, the incumbent is responsible for delivering patient care in the Transplant Clinic in a manner which reflects professional nursing practice and for demonstrating effective communication and teaching skills with patients and staff.
Experience
Recent prior experience in the care of transplant and nephrology patients required. Current Ambulatory Care experience preferred. Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)
Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing education program required.Certification/Licensure/Registration
