Position Overview

            Job Description  Operates according to company’s quality policy and in compliance to customer's service standard 
To meet basic and routine requirements of internal and external customers/forwarders 
Communicate and liaise with various external parties pertaining to shipment and orders 
Update distribution database and network 
Maintain and file documentation 
May need to support operations if there are any urgent orders. 
Perform other assigned duties as required. 
 Requirement  At least 1 to 3 years of working experience, preferably in a transport/freight/haulage environment 
Good PC and office skills 
Sensitive to details and accuracy 
Good communication skills 
Able to commit Monday to Friday and half Saturday.
