The Transport Manager will efficiently and effectively manage a fleet of 30+ vehicles. The role will also manage the day-to-day operations of the Traffic Office. Ensuring health and safety, environmental and operator licence compliance. Along with delivering first-class customer service.

Your core responsibilities

• Leadership & Performance Monitoring: Provide leadership and deliver clear work instructions to traffic dispatchers, drivers, and operatives. Review depot KPIs and drive improvements in service, safety, and profitability.

• Fleet Management: Manage vehicle operations, ensuring safe usage, wheel security, and compliance with gross weight limits. Liaise with the fleet team for seamless operations.
