About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transport Manager to take full responsibility for the management and development of our end-to-end transport solution, delivered via our 3PL partners. This crucial role within our Distribution & Supply Chain function is accountable for an annual transport budget of £15 million and reports directly to the Supply Chain and Distribution Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing full leadership and commercial management of contracts with our 3PL transport partners.
• Driving health and safety compliance and fostering a collaborative safety culture with our partners.
• Developing and evolving the transport solution to align with business growth and our customer service culture.
• Managing the implementation and ongoing operation of the open book contract with our primary carrier.
