Position Overview

            We are hiring for a Traffic Operator to join our busy transport team in Stowmarket!  
 
This is a great ongoing temp opportunity with a global supply chain. 
 
Responsibilities 
Dispatching and debriefing drivers 
Paperwork housekeeping 
Helping to resolve issues and disputes, including driver queries 
Executing the day plan 
 
The main skills we are looking for are:  
Attention to detail  
Time management  
Great team player  
Confident working alone 
Transport knowledge desirable 
Excellent communication skills – you’ll be speaking regularly with various stakeholders 
Good understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook
