Job Title: Transportation Assistant

Reports To: Transportation Manager

Location: Ladue, MO

Job Type: Part-Time, Monday-Friday 11:00am-5:00pm

Pay Range: $15-$17 an hour



Job Summary:

Under direct supervision, the Transportation Assistant receives incoming customer service calls from parents and school administrators and aids staff members in resolving issues with school transportation.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


+ Assist with customer service calls and complaints.

+ Respond to routine telephone request.

+ Maintain recurring internal reports and records as needed.

+ Establish and maintain office files as needed.

+ Manually audit, prepare and process invoices for billing of daily transportation routes.

+ Audit monthly and yearly mileage.

+ Prepare contractor corrections submitted on a daily basis for approval.
