The Transportation Control Tower Specialist oversees and coordinates the movement of shipments from pickup to delivery. The role ensures realtime visibility timely communication smooth carrier coordination and fast resolution of any transportrelated issues. This position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fastpaced logistics environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Initiate transportation workflows once shipments are documentready.
• Coordinate routing booking dispatching and carrier assignment.

• Track shipments through Control Tower or TMS platforms.
