Position Overview

Position Objective: Coordinate all daily operations and billing.


Essential Duties (Considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, manipulative skill, judgment, safety knowledge, and responsibility):
+ Dispatch loads to warehouses
+ Learn and be proficient with multiple Transportation Systems to successfully plan, schedule, and deliver all Transportation requests TMW, ESTAT, P44, AXIOM, WEB Access, CCM, TMX, ORBCOMM, P44
+ Bill loads and keep records of manifests
+ Monitor spotter driver activity throughout the shift on P44/Trimble
+ Know how to successfully plan/assign orders to drivers in TMW.
+ Interact with plant guards on trailer location
+ Bill waste loads in MRM system
+ Understanding of Wherenet, MRM, Google software suite, and Manhattan TMS system
+ Maintain billing reports
