Transportation Supervisor (leadership Experience Required)

Full Time | Onsite | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Salary: $75,000–$76,000 (based on experience)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead Daily Dock Operations — Provide hands‑on supervision, guidance, and support to a small team of 4–5 dock workers and an onsite dispatcher, ensuring freight is loaded, staged, and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Coach and Develop Team Members — Train new and existing staff, offer real‑time performance feedback, and foster a positive, safety‑focused work environment.
• Support Linehaul Coordination — Work closely with the Line Haul division to ensure trailers are properly loaded, sealed, and ready for scheduled departures.
