Bachelor's degree in social work or related fields from a recognized institution
Be a member in good standing or in the process of becoming a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) or the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
Excellent knowledge of oral and written French and English
Have extensive knowledge of existing community services and networks
Show a demonstrated belief in CSCHN’s mission, vision, and values
Possess at least two (2) years’ experience working in human services, as well as an understanding and belief in the abilities of individuals afflicted with mental health and complex health and social issues
Knowledge and experience in mental health, addictions and Indigenous cultural practices are assets as well as bilingualism and lived experience
