JOB MISSION

Provide the necessary assistance to our policyholders and coordinate emergency situations during their travels, ensuring the agreed-upon service and coverage.

VACANCIES

We have 9 vacancies for two shifts:

• Night shift: Monday to Friday from 22:00 to 8:00
• Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday from 13:15 to 21:00

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Answering calls and collecting all necessary information from the customer/insured.
• Coordinating and managing cases with providers or internal departments for our direct policyholders and for the policyholders of our clients when necessary.
• Familiarizing yourself with cases and the Terms and Conditions of each policy.
