Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Austria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in booking tickets for national and international rail journeys
  

• Provide friendly advice, and upsell or cross-sell relevant travel products
  

• Handle customer requests and forward them to the appropriate department if needed
  

• Keep the travel centre updated with offers, promotions, and relevant information
