Experience: 3-5 Years’ experience, handling the travel arrangements of corporate, experienced in Travelport, Sabre and Amadeus delivering the best travel solutions to clients.
Responsibilities:
• Process all reservations on behalf of clients and handle ticketing queries.
• Taking complete ownership of fulfilling clients’ immediate travel requirements.
• Selling / constructing airfares from multiple sources including published fares, ad hoc fares, inter-office, and buying from third parties.
• Calculate and quote fare based on stated client needs and assist them with problem solving and looking at alternative routes when the need arises.
• Ensuring timely reporting of documents
• Handle unforeseen problems and complaints with courtesy and understanding.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s procedure for documentation, ticketing, voids, refunds, etc.
• Queue management: Monitoring queues and working on them daily.
