The Role

Travel and Expense Specialist based in Kuala Malaysia, working within the Finance team to process Travel & Expense (T&E) claims across the region, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely payments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with employees to ensure T&E claims are paid accurately and on time.
• Process T&E claims using Rydoo, Navan and NetSuite OneWorld ERP.
• Validate information provided on T&E claims.
• Ensure employees comply with the T&E policy.
• Handle claim rejections, guiding employees to resolve issues and meet payment deadlines.
• Support adoption of T&E tools to maintain business compliance.
• Identify required approvals or additional information before claim submission.
