The Medical Travel Manager will be responsible for overseeing, developing, and executing the company’s medical tourism and international patient programs in Asia. This role combines strategic business development, partnership management (with hospitals, insurers, and travel agencies), and the end-to-end operational management of international patients seeking healthcare services in Asia.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational & Patient Experience Management

• Lead and manage the international patient concierge team to ensure a seamless, world-class experience from pre-arrival to post-treatment.
• Oversee the end-to-end logistics for medical travelers, including medical visa assistance, airport transfers, accommodation, translation services, and local travel logistics.
