Hiring: Travel Operations Associate — Discover Samsara

Discover Samsara is a founder-led travel company creating curated group travel experiences for people who want to explore destinations in a more immersive, thoughtful, and well-planned way.
We focus on small-group trips that combine distinctive stays, local experiences, strong on-ground execution, and a sense of community among travellers. As we build our upcoming trips, we are looking for a part-time Operations Associate to support planning, coordination, and execution.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, reliable with follow-ups, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts across vendors, travellers, bookings, payments, and documentation.
