Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a traveling Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Northfield, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans focused on return to community activities.
• Implement therapy sessions (60‑minute evaluations and treatment sessions preferred).
• Document care in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements, including goal writing, functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
• Supervise discipline‑specific therapy services as assigned.
• Participate in student education when applicable.
• Pursue professional development in coordination with clinical management.
• Maintain adherence to professional codes of conduct, organizational safety expectations and clinic standards for appearance, attendance, and documentation.
