**Pay:** $51.00 - $55.75 per hour based on experience

**Type:** Two month contract

**Schedule:** 40 hours guaranteed, 8 - 4:30 (week day and weekend on call)

**Productivity:** 4-5 patient visits daily

**Coverage Areas:** Oakland, Wayne, Livingston, Washtenaw, Macomb, and Genesee counties

**Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Comprehensive InHome Patient Assessment
+ Home Health RNs conduct detailed assessments during initial and follow-up visits to evaluate: Physical condition, vital signs, and symptoms medication usage and adherence Home safety and environmental risks and patients ability to perform activities of daily living (ADLs)
