Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area & equipments
• Promote and upsell products
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in the coffee industry, with experience in manual coffee machines
• Experience in Sales or in Hotel and Restaurant Management (an advantage but not required)
• Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
• Customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and sales-driven
• Able to multitask
• Willing to do overtime if necessary
• Willing to travel, and be assigned in Quezon City
