Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Distribution Strategy and Network Design
Define and implement the physical distribution strategy in alignment with the commercial objectives.
Lead Time to market” projects to adapt to shifting business dynamics and optimize L’Oreal time to market. 
Warehouse Management and Operations
Supervise third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure seamless daily operations.
Monitor key operational activities: receiving, picking, packing, dispatching, inventory management, labelling & kitting.
Implement practices to drive continuous improvement in the warehouse environment to further improve productivity / reduce cost & waste.
Ensure that all distribution activities comply with local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and Group quality standards.
