Our client, a global leader in the premium beauty and luxury industry, is looking for a Travel Retail Benelux Field Supervisor to join its European Travel Retail team.

You will be responsible for driving retail excellence across the Benelux region by supporting and developing Beauty Advisors and Brand Ambassadors operating in key travel retail locations. You will ensure flawless execution of commercial initiatives, elevate the customer experience, and contribute to achieving ambitious sales objectives.

This is a field-based role requiring regular travel across the Benelux region (approximately 40–60% of the time), primarily visiting airport duty-free locations.
