Strategically and effectively supervising the team, ensuring that they are being developed, have direction, and are provided with meaningful feedback.
You will be responsible for the full day-to-day operation of specific areas in the tray set-up department and liaising with other departments to achieve daily targets (E.g. Kitchen, Pastry, Assembly, Stores, Planning etc.)
Adapting to the tight schedule, fast pace and constant changing requirements but continuing to deliver results as per customer specifications and schedules.
Being a role model and leading a team to ensure the exceptional DO & CO quality is delivered on time with maximum efficiency in accordance with correct menu specifications as displayed on all workstations.
Ensuring operations adhere to all SOP’s and ALL relevant Critical Control Points, Health and Safety, Food safety and all legal requirements. Ensuring compliant to unannounced audits
