The Treasury Assistant is responsible for assisting with daily cash management, banking transactions, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role involves working closely with the finance team to support the organization’s liquidity and financial health.
Cash Management: Monitor and track daily cash balances, process fund transfers, and assist in cash forecasting.
Banking Operations: Reconcile bank statements, maintain banking relationships, and assist in opening/closing bank accounts.
Payments Processing: Support the processing of vendor payments, payroll transactions, and other disbursements.
Financial Reporting: Prepare treasury reports, update cash flow statements, and assist in financial audits.
