ROLE PURPOSE

The Treasury Payment Manager oversees payment processes and controls, ensuring secure, compliant and efficient payment execution across the company.

KEY MISSIONS

• Define and maintain payment policies, procedures and approval workflows.
• Oversee payment execution and compliance with delegation of authority.
• Monitor payment platforms, bank connectivity and exception handling.
• Strengthen payment security, fraud-prevention controls and segregation of duties.
• Coordinate signatories, authorization matrices and payment limits.
• Partner with IT, Finance Shared Services, AP, banks and vendors.
• Investigate payment incidents, exceptions and control breaches.
• Support bank connectivity projects and payment standardization.
