Responsibilities

Associates in this role will be expected to take on significant responsibility, including:

• Managing active litigation files and owning day-to-day case work
• Taking and defending depositions
• Attending hearings and court appearances
• Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Working closely with partners on strategy and case development
