This full-time role is responsible for the repair and maintenance of heavy vehicles, ensuring their safe and efficient operation.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in heavy vehicles.
• Perform scheduled service and maintenance activities including inspections, flush and filling of engine, brake, clutch oil etc, oil filter/seal replacement, brake pads replacement, tyres replacement/rotation and component replacements.
• Test and calibrate vehicle systems to meet manufacturer specifications.
• Usage of diagnostic tools, special tools, equipment to ensure accurate and effective repair works.
• Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities.
• Implement process improvements.
• Knowledge of engine and gearbox overhaul.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
