Due to the growth of the organisation they are seeking the skills of an experienced Trust Accounts Officer to fit into their Melbourne trust accounts team and provide support with general finance processes.

Position Description 
Reporting into the Trust and Accounts Manager, your daily tasks will include

• Working as part of a team of trust accounts officers
• Trust account reconciliations 
• Processing trust account transactions 
• Assisting with the trust audit process
• Maintaining trust and controlled money accounts
• Assist with the management of the accounts inbox - answering queries
• Processing of system entries
• Setting up and closing of accounts
