Will be assigned a portfolio of trusts, both private and corporate trusts (ESOP/EBT)
Work closely with trust relationship managers to maintain client relationship
Assist with drafting and reviewing trust deeds and various related trust documents
Oversee day to day administration of all fiduciary related functions at trust and underlying company levels
Ensure all administration,legal and compliance requirements are met,identify any legal,investment or tax issues in relation to trusts and underlying companies under administration
Skills:
Degree holder in accountancy, business, legal or related discipline
Qualifications such as STEP, company secretary or CPA are desirable
Minimum 2 years hands on experience in major bank or professional services provider
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
