Key Responsibilities
As a Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney, you will:
+ Represent trustees, executors, administrators, beneficiaries, and other interested parties in trust and probate disputes
+ Handle all phases of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, mediation, settlement negotiations, trial preparation, and trial
+ Counsel clients on a broad range of trust, estate, and fiduciary matters
+ Represent seniors and their families in financial elder abuse litigation
+ Litigate contested trust and estate matters involving:
+ Lack of capacity
+ Undue influence
+ Fraud and misrepresentation
+ Breach of fiduciary duty
+ Trustee and executor misconduct
+ Asset mismanagement
+ Failure to account or inadequate accountings
+ Trustee removal and surcharge actions
+ Co-trustee and beneficiary disputes
