Position Overview

            Responsibilities  Deliver testing services and ensure customer satisfaction. 
Manage testing activities in accordance with project timelines and SLAs. 
Perform quality control reviews to ensure accurate and high-quality deliverables. 
Maintain expertise in product specifications, testing methodologies, and automation tools. 
Support and mentor less experienced Technical Analysts and review their work. 
Contribute to knowledge sharing through documentation, training, presentations, and technical publications. 
Support customers in defining testing strategies and provide technical support during the sales process. 
Continuously enhance technical knowledge through training, certification, professional networking, and industry best practices. 
Adhere to the UL Solutions Code of Conduct and all physical and information security requirements.
