Position Overview

Title                 : TSG Support Technician with Driving

Location          : Reno, NV

Duration          : 0 – 12 months

shift                 : 1:30PM-10:00PM ( M- F)

Pay                  : $ 26.60/Hour



Job Duties

  • Provide support activities within assigned technical areas

  • Perform equipment exchange and maintain inventory records

  • Install software and perform program updates

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and telecommunication issues

  • Assist users in resolving computer-related problems

  • Train users on supported software and hardware (both technical and user-level understanding)

  • Support technology infrastructure across multiple locations (Core Technology, Small Package, Freight, SCS)

  • Travel to customer sites using a personal vehicle for technical support
