Job Scope - Provide earnest education advise to parents and students for them to make the best education decisions for themselves.
- Assist customers in the enrolment of our tuition classes and enrichment programs.
- Take charge of the daily operations of the tuition centre, including keeping the place clean and tidy.
- Communicate with tutors and students effectively and positively to coordinate new classes or schedule changes.
- Handle all communications with parents by taking over the centre’s mobile phone.
- Follow up closely with all parents in their enquiries.
- Collect payment and issue receipts for tuition fees.
