Job Overview

We are looking for production workers at Ruukki Construction’s Alajärvi factory for various production tasks until the end of 2026. As a production worker, you will work on different stages of the panel manufacturing line, such as packaging, insulation feeding, quality assurance, and loading operations.

Training

Comprehensive training will be provided, making this position suitable for motivated individuals at the beginning of their careers.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Readiness for shift work
• Self‑directed and responsible work attitude
• Initiative, motivation, and good teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and cheerful demeanor
• Previous experience with overhead cranes (advantage)
• Previous forklift experience (beneficial; 3‑ton forklift is a significant part of the job)
